These Terms & Conditions govern your use of khaldvalley.org and the Khal Dvalley Text Alerts SMS program operated by Khal Dvalley Inc (“Khal Dvalley,” “we,” “us”).
SMS Program Terms
1. Program name and description
Khal Dvalley Text Alerts. When you opt in, Khal Dvalley Inc may send you text messages including replies to questions or messages you submit to us, shul announcements, davening (prayer) schedule updates, event reminders and community updates.
2. How you opt in
You opt in by entering your mobile number on the Contact Us form at https://khaldvalley.org/contact-us/ and checking the box(es) agreeing to receive text messages. The SMS consent checkboxes are optional and are not checked in advance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any donation, purchase or membership.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for details about your text and data plan.
5. How to opt out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the number that messages you. After you send STOP, we will send you one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time or text START and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
6. How to get help
If you are having trouble with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or contact us directly at (347) 405-1158 or khaldvalley@gmail.com.
7. Carrier liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy
If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
